Shipping Options Reorganized and Expanded
To calculate shipping, customers are only asked for the state, zip, and country. The street address and shipping contact phone number is now only collected during Checkout. (Previously, the shipping information page collected all of the shipping information before shipping amounts were calculated.)
If Customer Selectable Service is set to Yes, customers will have shipping service options.
Changes In AShop Admin Panel - Shipping and Taxes
In the admin panel under Store Configuration, the Shipping and Taxes settings were previously managed in one web page titled Shipping & Taxes. These settings are now managed in two separate pages. The Taxes settings are not changed. Shipping settings and options have been improved in version 4.7.0.
In the Shipping page, there is now a main Shipping Method selector. The Storewide shipping and individual product shipping options are dependent on the Shipping Method setting. For example, if the main Shipping Method is set to FedEx, only FedEx options will be available in related settings and options. If UPS is selected, then only UPS settings and options will be available. If Custom shipping options are selected, only custom settings and options will be available. This method of selection simplifies the setup process and avoids potential conflicts.

Sales Reports > Unpaid Orders - Payment Confirmation Message
When an unpaid order is marked as paid, there is now an option to send a payment confirmation message.
Select Unpaid orders and Edit mode. 
Click the manual payment icon in the Unpaid Orders Sales Report. 
After payment is applied there is an option to send a message. The Subject and Message content is automatically filled in and the content may be edited.

Click on the payment reminder icon/link.
