Advanced search tools lookup customer records by partial spelling
of name, partial email address, phone number.
If more than one match is found, a list is displayed
to select from.
In the customer profile page there are short cut links
to display the customer's history or to send a message, save a note,
or create a quote/order. Click on the history icon to see messages
and orders relating to the customer.
In the history page, orders, quotes, messages, and
notes are listed for the customer. Items in history may be viewed
or new messages and notes saved for this customer by clicking on
the short cut icons. There are handy short cut links to see status
of related vendor purchase order(s).
In each page, there are short cut icons, which link
related vendor and customer data for quick cross reference and tracking.
