The following settings are located within the Authorize.Net merchant panel at https://merchant.authorize.net/.
Settings > Transaction Submission > Payment Form > Form Fields - The payment form fields can be set to view, edit, or required. The shipping information fields are usually not necessary to view or require in the payment form as shipping information is already collected within AShop V for products that require shipping or tax calculations. Here are the recommended settings.
There are also some additional fields that are optional and usually not needed.
